This high-quality Bosch FP165/E fuel pump ("201", formerly "979") delivers 165 liters of fuel per hour at 72psi (suitable for most multi-port fuel injection systems). This pump is standard equipment on Zetec-engined FF2000 cars and Mazda (piston) engined cars such as FSCCA and FA. The roller vane pump is designed for mounting outside the fuel tank.* Weighs 2 pounds 3 ounces. 12 volt DC, 2 3/8" diameter x 6 5/8" long overall. Adapters are included for the inlet (14 x 1.5mm female) and outlet (12 x 1.5mm male) to match the original "979" pump. We sell only the Genuine Bosch pump, not an off-brand copy.
* Most formula car installations mount this pump inside the fuel cell. Bosch recommends mounting outside the tank.

The current FP165/E "201" pump (when used with the included adapters) is a direct replacement for the original FP165 "979" pump. The /E version is now fully compatible with diesel fuel. Note: Bosch now marks these pumps with the part number for the case alone (ending in -151) rather than with the part number for the full pump assembly!
