Weld-on couplers with clamshell-style clamps for aluminum intake tubing

These compact clamp assemblies are designed to provide a leak-free union between two tubes which can be easily disconnected.

Each assembly includes two weld-on ferrules, a bolt-together outer clamp ring, a sealing ring, and two O-rings. Just weld a ferrule to the end of each pipe, slip the sealing ring over the two ferrules, and bolt the clamp ring over the assembly.

The bolts are loaded in shear (not in tension) for maximum strength and reliability.
