Fire-Retardant Driving Suits, Non-Nomex

Because of its widespread use in protective gear for race drivers, Nomex® has almost become a synonym for "fire-retardant clothing." But these driver's suits are constructed of alternative flame-resistant fabrics for a lower price than traditional Nomex driver's suits.

Note: Most sanctioning bodies require fire-retardant underwear with single-layer (SFI 3.2A/1) suits. Please check your rule book.
