Adjustable Hand Rivet Squeezer

Our rivet squeezer is designed to install solid aircraft rivets (such as NAS1097) up to 3/16" diameter aluminum (5/32" steel). It is much less expensive and easier to use than a pneumatic hammer.

This updated design rivet squeezer has extra-deep jaws to reach up to 3 inches from the edge of the panel. The jaw opening is 1.5" wide, and the ram height can be adjusted up to 5/8". This eliminates the need for shims to get the proper stroke.

The head swivels 360 degrees for greater versatility in tight areas and locks securely in any position. Holes in the head are provided for bench mounting (you must make your own mounting brackets from angle iron; mounting hardware is not included).

The replaceable head is CNC-machined from solid steel and case-hardened for durability. The long, high-leverage handles are fabricated from .060" cold-rolled steel tubing to resist bending. Overall length 21".
