Anti-Seize Compounds

Lubricating pastes provide long-term protection for fasteners or splines subject to high temperatures, corrosion, seizure or galling. Use of anti-seize on rod ends and jam nuts is recommended to make future suspension adjustments much easier.

Which anti-seize is better?
Silver colored (nickel-based) anti-seize provides superior protection against corrosion.
Copper-based anti-seize (such as Copaslip or Loctite C5-A) prevents metal-to-metal contact under higher pressures.
