* Bell introduced the original SRV pivot as a rolling change in 2005-06 on the SA05 Dominator, Vortex, M3, GTX, M4, and BR-1 helmets. Some of the early SA05 helmets have the Kam-Lok detent system. These shields can be identified by the notched slot in front of the pivot.
