Cartek Battery Isolators
Why run heavy battery cables all the way from your battery to your kill switch and back? Cartek Battery Isolators can be mounted close to the battery and triggered by a push button switch which can be remote-mounted in the location specified by the rules. They even allow you to have multiple actuation switches for extra safety.
Cartek isolators are designed to meet FIA and MSA requirements for electrical master kill switches. Designed and manufactured in the UK for professional racing.
The GT Isolator disconnects the battery ground while simultaneously cutting power to the ignition and fuel pumps.
The XR Isolator disconnects the battery ground a half-second after sending a shut-off signal to the ECU.
All three versions will work on cars with or without alternators.
