Coolant Hose Splicing Nipples, 13mm to 89mm

Our compact aluminum hose joiners are designed to connect two coolant hoses of the same size. Carefully radiused ridges help to retain the hose without damaging the inside lining of the hose. A small centering bead helps to ensure that the nipple is properly located between the two hose sections. For a nice finishing touch, the inside diameter has a small elliptical radius at each end to minimize resistance to fluid flow.

These top quality hose joiners are machined from aircraft grade aluminum and protected with a military specification clear satin anodizing for outstanding corrosion resistance.

To install, simply slip one hose over one end of the nipple until it just touches the centering bead. Slip the second hose over the other end until the two hoses meet in the middle. Add hose clamps for a secure, leak-free connection!

These hose joiners are designed for use with our silicone coolant hoses, but they can be used as radiator hose joiners with any rubber hoses having an ID that matches the listed joiner size.
