Using original blueprints and modern techniques perfected over many years casting high-performance engine blocks, Ford has improved the original Kent engine blocks for strength and reliability.
Choose from the Formula Ford-legal "711" 1600cc Kent block or the short-deck "L" style Lotus block. These blocks are not salvaged, "lightly used", or even NOS blocks. They are all brand-new castings, produced by Ford Racing using 21st-century techniques.
