Quick Patch Repair Patches

Quick Patch is an innovative, easy-to-use repair patch system with unlimited applications ranging from automotive bodywork to trash bins to aluminum siding. Each Quick Patch Peel-N-Patch has pre-applied adhesive, so they are clean to use and easy to apply in a hurry. The flexible patch cures when exposed to UV light (natural or artificial).

The fiberglass-reinforced polyester/plastic composite fabric bonds to just about any hard surface (except Polypropylene/PP). Curing time ranges from 5 to 30 minutes depending on the intensity of the UV light available. In less than an hour, the patch is ready for final shaping, sanding, and painting.

The cured patch is waterproof, can withstand temperatures from -40° C to 200° C (-40° F to 392° F), and is UV and weather resistant. Cured patches are Class 1 fire rated and have a dielectric strength of 9 kV/mm.

Each Peel-N-Patch can be trimmed smaller prior to application. Since there is no mixing or measuring, you can cut to any size or shape needed without having to do any other work.
