Plastic toolboxes are cheap, but let's face it: They're CHEAP! You'll probably have to replace your plastic toolboxes more than once. Why not do it right the first time and get a proper toolbox that you can hand down to your kids? The Beta Tools C20L toolbox features sturdy steel construction for more than a lifetime of professional use.
The four upper trays lift up and out of the way for easy access to the big lower compartment, but the cantilever design keeps them upright so you don't need to worry about spilling your tools. They also stay attached to the box, so you don't have to search for a place to put down a lift-out tray. Plus they stay completely above the lower compartment when you close the lids, rather than taking up valuable space inside.
The heavy-duty tubular carry handle folds down for compact storage. A hole through both lids accepts a paddlock for security. Unlike a plastic box, the lock doesn't go through a fragile plastic hasp that can be easily broken off.
The C20L is the long version of the C20, measuring 22" long x 8" wide x 8" high (12" with handle up). The lower compartment measures 3 3/4" deep, and each cantilevered tray measures 1 1/8" deep x 3 3/4" wide. Weighs just 12 pounds empty. Beta orange with a single black-and-white Beta logo inside one lid. Tools sold separately.
