Thread cleaning (chasing) taps are the proper way to clean and dress female threads. Instead of cutting new threads, these special tools are designed to remove foreign matter and to straighten the existing threads if necessary.

This 4-piece set contains all metric thread cleaning taps with 1.50mm and 1.75mm thread pitches: M10 (10 x 1.50mm), 11 x 1.50mm, 12 x 1.50mm, and M12 (12 x 1.75mm).
