This backlit tire pressure gauge from Longacre reads to 60 psi in 0.1 psi increments, with an accuracy of 0.5% (+/- 0.3 psi). The gauge automatically zeroes itself each time it is turned on. An automatic shut-off feature helps to preserve the batteries, and a low battery indicator lets you know when you need to change the 2 AAA batteries (included). Units can be switched from psi to BAR, Kg/cm2, or kPa by pressing a button.
The 2.5" diameter head has a protective rubber bumper and a single thumb-operated bleed valve for adjusting pressure. The 17" long flex hose includes both an angled swivel tire chuck and a low-profile ball-type swivel chuck.
Note: This gauge does not have a "pressure hold" function. When the chuck is removed from the tire, the display will go back to zero. This is a benefit when adjusting pressures using the bleed valve. You don't need to remove and reset the gauge each time you bleed off pressure. The display will show pressure in real time.
