The Aeromotive Pro Stock Series fuel pressure regulators represent an innovative new direction in design. The new stainless steel valve and aluminum-bronze seat offer excellent precision and durability, but the unique opposed-spring mechanism gives the Pro Stock series much quicker response than conventional designs. Pro Stock regulators are designed for racing but they behave well enough for use on extreme street vehicles.
This model can be set to between 4 and 8 psi and is designed for use with a single or dual carburetor setup. Adjusting requires an accurate fuel pressure gauge (sold separately). The "deadhead" regulator type does not require a bypass return to the tank.
The -12 (1 1/16-12) O-Ring inlet port is located on the bottom and includes a 10AN male adapter. Two -6 (9/16-18) O-Ring outlet ports aid the connection of dual carbs. Single-carb setups can block off the unused port. A separate 1/8 NPT port (plugged from the factory) is also provided for easy installation of a fuel pressure gauge (sold separately).
Compatible with gasoline, alcohol blends to E-85, and diesel fuel.
