This kit makes it easy to adapt your Davies Craig EWP115 or EWP150 electric water pump (sold separately) to your small-block Ford V8 engine. Just remove the stock water pump and install the special adapter plate and bolt-on elbow provided in the kit. Connect the pump to the elbow using 1 1/2" ID coolant hose (not included) and you're ready to go!
Kit includes an adapter plate with gasket and a bolt-on adapter elbow with O-ring and bolts. Fits 1966 and later Ford 289-351W small block engines. The 6-bolt flange on the elbow lets you set it up as a pre-1969 right inlet or a 1970 and later left inlet. 1965 and earlier engines require the later timing cover (C4AZ-6019-B for cast-iron pumps). Does not fit 1994 and later 5.0L engines.
Requires a compatible Davies Craig EWP (sold separately).
Note that removing the stock water pump also removes the belt-driven fan. If your car does not already have an electric fan, we recommend one of the Davies Craig Electric Radiator Fans (sold separately).
