Setrab designed the ProLine COM series of oil coolers for those applications that just can't take a conventional oil cooler. These long, narrow coolers fit in tighter spacers where standard coolers wouldn't even try.
This 2-pass cooler has 5 cooling rows in each direction. Because of the length and limited number of rows, this cooler will cause a measurable pressure drop. It is recommended for use only on the scavenge (non-pressure) side of an engine oiling system, or as a transmission or rear end cooler. It is also an excellent choice for a power steering or valve spring cooler.
The core measures 23 1/16" long (26 1/4" long overall including end tanks) x 3 3/16" high (3 3/4" including mounting bosses). Both inlet and outlet ports are located on the same end of the cooler, allowing for an extremely low-profile installation. The female M22 ports can accept virtually any of the Setrab M22 O-Ring Port Adapters (sold separately) for easy installation in any system.
