This "Real Street" hose end is designed specifically for Fragola 6000 Series PTFE hose (6AN size). Instead of a female AN fitting, it has a male NPT fitting for direct connection to any female 1/4 NPT port. This eliminates bulk and a potential leak point by doing away with an NPT to AN adapter fitting.
The NPT end swivels independently of the hose end. This allows you to tighten the NPT fitting without rotating the hose. It also prevents the weight of the hose from turning the NPT fitting. The 90 degree center portion also swivels, allowing you to "clock" the fitting position without rotating or twisting the hose. Black anodized aluminum only. Includes the necessary sleeve "olive" that goes between the PTFE liner and the outer braid.* Sold individually.
Note: This hose end is designed to work with smoothbore PTFE-lined hose (such as Fragola 6000 Series) only. It will not work with our nitrile-lined hose or with 811 or 910 PTFE-lined hose.
* Be sure to use a fresh olive every time the hose end is reused!
