Fuel cell foam reduces fuel sloshing and minimizing the chance of explosions, but it does deteriorate over time. As the foam breaks down, it can quickly clog fuel filters, fuel pumps, and carburetors. We recommend replacing fuel cell foam baffling at least every three years.

This 8" x 8" x 8" block can be trimmed with scissors or a knife to fit custom or wedge-shaped Formula car cells. The blue color indicates that it is compatible with alcohol fuels including ethanol. Not for use with petroleum fuels.
