This compact shift light is designed to connect easily to your Stack tachometer (ST200 Clubman, ST200C Classic, ST400 Professional, ST400C Classic, and ST901096 Chronotronic). When the engine reaches the RPM limit set on your tach, the tach will turn on the light. ST400 / ST400C models also use this light to indicate when the tach is recording.
This Dash Top model has a flat-bottom housing to mount on top of a horizontal dash top. This type of mount is typically preferred in sedans, where the dash panel is below the driver's line of sight. Red lens shown in photo.
Note: This is an indicator light only. It does not have any circuitry of its own and will not function without a Stack tachometer.
