Install this CHT Thermocouple between the head and spark plug (under the spark plug hex) to monitor temperatures ranging from 0 to 572° F (up to 300° C). Fits 18mm spark plugs (including the 2.0L Ford SOHC "Pinto" engine). 0.07" thick sensing ring.
This thermocouple is equipped with a K-Type (2-blade flat) connector. Some AiM MyChron4 2T and MyChron5 2T karting dashes and a few MyChron3 and MXL auto dashes have the matching connector in their sensor harness. These dashes can use the MyChron K-Type Thermocouple Patch Cable (Part No. MC-203-01) to extend the reach if needed.
The AiM TC Hub and all MyChron karting dashes (except the M4-2T and M5-2T) require the MyChron K-Type to 3 Pin 712 Adapter Cable (Part No. MC-008-01).
The MyChron XG-Log and the EVO4/EVO4S loggers will require the K-Type to 4 pin 712 Adapter Cable (Part No. MC-208-01).
All other AiM dashes and loggers without a K-Type plug require the AiM K-Type to 719 Adapter Cable (Part No. MC-221).
