Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly Only for 163-55 HRB Kit

This is the same hydraulic cylinder supplied in our Hydraulic Release Bearing Kit for FF1600 / Hewland Mk9 (Part No. 163-55).

If you find that you have to replace the seals in your HRB frequently, check the condition of the piston. When the contact bearing starts to wear out, it can seize and force the piston to turn, which can cause the seals to pull out of the bore. If this goes on too long, it can gouge deep grooves in the piston. A grooved piston will not seal, even with new seals.

This assembly includes a new cylinder (with piston and seals installed) and dust boot. Plumbing fittings, adapter base, and hardware are not included.
