If you need to remove burrs and sharp corners from long edges of sheet metal, this special blade makes the job much more uniform. Regular swiveling blades can be difficult to control, leading to uneven results.

This edge blade has three V-shaped notches designed to straddle the edge of a sheet up to 3mm (0.120") thick. Just draw the blade along the edge of the sheet to debur both sides at the same time. The three flat edges between the V notches can also be used on flat surfaces or edges. Cobalt steel construction can be used on steel, stainless steel, hardened steel, aluminum. copper, brass, or plastic.
