This aluminum adapter makes it easy to install an electrical temperature gauge sender or warning light switch in a 3/8" ID hose. Includes adapter with 1/8 NPT female port and two hose clamps. Anodizing color may vary from photo.
Not just for temperature gauges! Use the 1/8 NPT female port for a thermal switch* to trigger an electric fan, for a coolant bleed nipple, or even for a drain petcock!
* Designed for 2-wire (non-grounding) switches. Single-wire grounding-type switches will need to add a grounding wire to complete the circuit.
