The Chillout Quantum coolers have the difgital temperature and power controls directly on the cooler. If you find yourself wanting to change the temperature during the race, this wired remote can make the controls much easier to reach. If you mount it on the dash, the driver will barely have to take his eyes off the road! Ideal for endurance racing teams where the drivers can't agree on the temperature!
The remote includes an LED display for temperature as well as diagnostic information*, plus power, temperature down and temperature up buttons. The 10 foot (3 meter) cable is long enough to position the remote almost anywhere, regardless of cooler placement. The cable plugs directly into the front of your Quantum cooler, next to the power cord plug.
Works with all Chillout Pro coolers and Chillout Quantum V3 coolers made after May 2021 only. Not for Quantum v1 through v3 coolers made before May 2021 (all of the V3 coolers we have in stock as of November 2021 were made after May 2021 and will take this remote). The design, electronics, and cable connector are all exclusively for Chillout coolers and cannot be adapted for use with any other brand.
