Most remote oil filter heads are designed to take an aftermarket filter like the Fram HP-1. This unique filter head from Setrab lets you retain the stock 22x1.5mm oil filters you already use on your Acura, Z06 Corvette, or Ford Modular V8 engine!
This billet aluminum remote oil filter mount has a total of four M22 (22x1.5mm) O-ring inlet and outlet ports (1 inlet and 1 outlet on each side) for maximum flexibility in routing the oil lines. Threaded plugs are included to block off the two unused ports. One of the plugs has a 1/8 NPT port which you can use to install an oil temp or pressure sender (sold separately).
Accepts most oil filters with M22 (22x1.5mm) threads and an O-ring between 70mm (2 3/4") ID and 92mm (3 5/8") OD (filter sold separately). Sold individually. Adapter fittings sold separately. Includes a bolt-on mounting bracket.
When plumbing the filter head make sure that the oil exits the filter through the center stem. Just follow the markings etched on the top of the filter head.
