This Clearance 5.00" OD Aluminum Donut has a small dent along the edge, just below the weld. When you're cutting the donut into smaller segments, you can avoid the dented area and still utilize most of the full 360 degree donut.
If you need to fabricate an air intake system with tight bends, this 5.00" OD 360 degree aluminum donut is an excellent way to start. Just cut the donut into whatever angles you need and weld the tubing pieces into the desired shape.* Constructed of 2.03mm (5/64") thick premium quality T6063 grade aluminum.
The overall donut OD is approximately 12" and the donut ID is approximately 2".
* Note: The inner seam (along the inside edge of the bend) is not welded at the factory. This may cause some distortion of the tube shape and size during cutting. To avoid this distortion, tack weld the inner section prior to cutting. After cutting, finish by welding the entire seam.
