Braille Fleet-Lite Series batteries combine the cranking amps of a "starting" battery with the reserve capacity of a deep-cycle battery to handle the extreme electrical demands of commerical vehicles!
The 12 volt (nominal) F34 battery is the same size as a standard Group 34 battery (10.9" L x 6.9" W x 7.7" H, positive terminal on the left), but it packs an incredible 1950 Cranking Amps and weighs just 20.3 pounds (1/2 as much as lead-acid). The 13.8v actual voltage provides even more starting power for high-compression diesel engines.
The F34 carries a true 60 Amp-hour rating, but with much more consistent voltage under load than any 60 Ah lead-acid battery. The 145 minute Reserve Capacity lets you run accessories for a long time with the engine off. The F34 can be discharged to 50% and recharged over 6000 times -- compare that to a typical lead-acid battery, which might handle only about 500 cycles of discharge to just 90% before becoming a brick. This makes the F34 an ideal choice for many cars, trucks, and even emergency vehicles.
The unique convertible terminals accept either 1/4" ring terminals or standard SAE clamp-on terminals. Braille batteries are made in the USA.
Note: Never use a trickle charger or standard lead-acid battery charger on a lithium-ion battery. These batteries have a very low self-discharge rate in storage; however, a charger should be used for long-term storage of vehicles with a parasitic drain (computer memory, alarm, etc).
Note: (LI) = Lithium Battery. This product can't be shipped by air. We can only ship this item to addresses in the continental USA or to areas of Canada that don't require aircraft for delivery. |
