This is the same "bullet" camera used on the AiM SmartyCam3 Dual and SmartyCam 3 GP in-car camera systems. The extra-wide 120 degree lens is great for fully-open vehicles like karts and motorcycles. It is also a good choice for use as a rear-facing camera. Note that almost anything positioned in front of the camera (bodywork, chassis tubing, etc) will be in the shot.
You can use this camera to replace either of the cameras in any SmartyCam3 Dual system, regardless of the original field of view. Whatever the original viewing angle was, this camera will capture the extra-wide 120 degree view. If your videos miss a lot of action around the edges of the screen, change to this camera. Sold individually. Cable and base unit are not included.
Works with AiM SmartyCam 3 Dual or SmartyCam 3 GP only. Not compatible with SmartyCam GP, SmartyCam HD GP, or SmartyCam HD GP 2.2.
