OBP Gold Colored Reflective Heat Shield Tape, 50mm W x 10m L

This protective thermal tape from obp Motorsport has excellent heat reflective characteristics, yet it is very thin and easy to install. Reflects up to 80% of radiant heat and withstands continuous operating temperature of 454° C / 850° F.

A special gold-colored metalized polyamide polymer is laminated to a thin layer of glass cloth, with a strong adhesive backing. This tape is very lightweight and easy to apply (just peel and stick). The tape is just 0.2mm thick, making it perfect for tight installations. Melting temperature 537° C / 1000° F (not for use directly on exhaust). 50mm Wide x 10 meter Long roll (1.97" W x 32 ft 9 in L).

Note: We've been asked if this Reflective Heat Shield Tape contains real gold. Frankly we don't know what metallic elements are contained in this gold colored film. However, we suspect that it could not contain real gold at this low price. What we DO know is that it works extremely well.
