The Tilton OT-II Dual Disc Clutch is a very high-quality open style 7 1/4" diameter clutch. The aluminum cover is much lighter and stiffer than the stamped steel cover used on the AP racing clutch. This assembly includes the cover, pressure plate, and floater plate. Clutch discs and bolts are sold separately. Requires specially modified flywheel.

The Gray spring is a high-strength spring, recommended for cars producing up to 680 lb-ft of torque.

Racing clutches require high pedal force to actuate. This clutch requires 680 pounds to release. External slave cylinder release mechanisms will not work with this clutch. The Gray spring should only be used on cars with a Hydraulic Release Bearing (such as our Part No. 163-55).
