The Release Valve is installed between the air line and the Air Jack Cylinder (usually connected directly to the cylinder).
The Release Valve closes as soon as the system is pressurized. When the pressure is released, the valve opens to exhaust air directly from the cylinder to the atmosphere. This allows the jack to retract more quickly than if all the air exited back through the inlet fitting. One valve is required for each cylinder. Sold individually. Jack cylinder not included.
