These sturdy universal dry sump tanks can be disassembled for easy and thorough cleaning. Lightweight spun aluminum construction looks great as is, or you can buff it to a high polish.
The scavenge inlet fitting is angled to spin the oil down the side of the tank, separating the air bubbles from the oil. A central two-stage baffle helps to de-aerate the oil while keeping oil from sloshing away from the lower pickup fitting. Two-piece construction allows the inlet and outlet fittings to be clocked to any angle desired. Inlet and outlet ports are both threaded to accept 22 x 1.5mm Metric O-Ring Port Adapters, sold separately. Measures 6 1/2" dia x 14" high (less filler cap and vent fittings). This size holds approximately 6.3 quarts when filled to a level slightly below the baffle.
The vent fittings on the top surface are threaded with 1/2 NPT female ports. Right angle barbed fittings are furnished for 5/8" I.D. hose. Connect the side vent fitting to the valve cover breather vent. The center vent is the vapor outlet to your catch tank.
