This tool makes drilling bolt heads easy and nearly foolproof. You will rarely break a drill bit using this fixture.
This jig drills the hole through the center of the bolt head on M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, and M14 metric bolts, fine or coarse thread, hex or socket head cap. (Does not work on flange head, 12-point, or SAE bolts.) Can be used with a hand drill or with a drill press. The body of the tool is made from aircraft grade aluminum with a hard anodized finish (anodizing color may vary from photo). A spare hard alloy steel drill bushing and two 1/16 inch diameter drill bits are included.
