These compact shut-off valves add a measure of safety to your fuel system. This type of valve is now required by some circle track racing organizations (including Quarter Midgets).
When the handle is in the open position, fuel can flow unrestricted through the valve. Turning the handle to the closed position positively stops the flow of fuel to help minimize the risk of fire or runaway cars. You can even use it as an additional security device.
The black anodized aluminum valve has female NPT threads on the inlet side and a male AN fitting on the outlet side. The male AN side is extended like a bulkhead fitting for easy installation in a bracket or panel (not included). Plated steel actuating handle and valve mechanism. Sold individually. Made in USA.
