These Viton O-rings fit our Quick Disconnect Couplers (formerly Part Nos. 3608-002 and -003). The 2", 2.5", and 3" sizes are also a perfect fit for the newer Aeroflow Billet Intercooler Pipe Clamps (Part No. AF25). Viton rubber is ideal for air pipes in turbo and supercharger applications. The rubber can withstand temperatures up to 400°F and is resistant to high vacuum conditions. Viton is compatible with oil and most fuels (including ethanol blends up to E85). It is the preferred rubber for use with pure petroleum gasoline. O-rings are sold individually. The old QDC couplers required two O-rings per male ferrule. The current Aeroflow clamps use one per ferrule (two per assembly).
* The 2.00" size also fits the "soft mount" flange for Weber 40 / 45 / 48 DCOE carburetors.
