Beta Tools 1719BM Files with Bi-Material Handles
The 1719BM files from Beta Tools are the double-cut style, with diagonal ridges cut in two directions, leaving diamond-shaped teeth. The length listed (6, 8, or 10 inches) is measured without the tang or handle. The 1719BM Series files each include a Beta orange and black "Bi-Material" cushioned handle for comfort.
The "bastard cut" or "rough cut" has the coarsest teeth for quick material removal.
