This square file from Beta Tools is designed to remove material quickly, with minimal clogging. The double-cut style has diagonal ridges cut in two directions, leaving diamond-shaped teeth. The "second cut" has finer teeth than the "bastard cut" and coarser teeth than a "smooth" file. All four sides have the same second-cut teeth. The cutting surface measures nominally 6" long. Includes a Beta orange and black "Bi-Material" handle for comfort. Sold individually.
Deciphering the Beta Tools Hand File Numbering System:
1719BM = File with handle (1718 series does not include handles)
A = Second Cut (D = Bastard Cut)
6 = 6 Inch nominal length
/Q = Square file (/P = Flat, /T = Triangular, /M = Half-round, /R = Round)
