Facet 12 Volt Posi-Flo Electric Fuel Pumps

Racers have relied on Facet electric fuel pumps for many years. Facet fuel pumps operate without troublesome seals or diaphragms. Built-in pressure relief means no flooding after shutting down a hot engine. All Facet pumps are compatible with gasoline, alcohol blends (up to and including E85), diesel, biodiesel, and fuel additives.

Facet Posi-Flo fuel pumps have a polymer body for quieter operation than the traditional Facet Cube Style pumps. All Posi-Flo pumps are 12 volt, negative ground and draw an average of 1.6 Amps. Simple two-wire hookup (red Positive and black Ground) makes it easy to install a Cube-Style pump on a positive-ground vehicle.

For each pump we quote the maximum pressure (psi) and the maximum flow (GPH); note that as flow increases, pressure decreases. Pumps can be combined in series or parallel to achieve any required pressure or flow.

Estimating Fuel Volume Requirements: At wide-open throttle, 4-stroke engines typically consume approximately 1 gallon per hour for every 10 horsepower. A 10 gph pump can feed a 100hp engine; a 30 gph pump is enough for a 300hp engine.
