For very low fuel requirements of small carbureted engines up to about 40 horsepower, a single Posi-Flo fuel pump like this is usually sufficient. Facet fuel pumps have low power requirements (about 1.5 amp at 12 volts) and operate without troublesome seals or diaphragms. The Posi-Flo pumps feature a black composite chassis for quieter operation than the standard Cube Style pumps. Built-in pressure relief means no flooding after shutting down a hot engine. All Facet pumps are compatible with gasoline, alcohol blends (up to and including E85), diesel, biodiesel, and fuel additives.
This complete pump kit includes the Facet Posi-Flo pump model 60304*, mounting hardware, a 74 mircon filter that screws into the inlet port and accepts your 5/16" ID rubber fuel hose, and an adapter that screws into the outlet port and accepts your 5/16" ID rubber fuel hose.
Maximum fuel delivery 7 gallons per hour.* Maximum pressure 1.0 to 2.0 psi.* Typical flow 4 gallons per hour at 0.75 psi.* 1/8 NPT female ports. This pump does not have an anti-siphon valve, so fuel can be pulled through the pump when the pump is off. An built-in one-way check valve prevents fuel from draining backwards through the pump.

* Note: The specifications on the 60304 model have changed a few times over the years. The original 2014 specifications called out 1.5-2.5 psi / 25 GPH. The flow rate was reduced to 5 GPH in the early 2020s. The 2024 specifications are 1.0-2.0 psi / 7 GPH. If you are replacing a pump manufactured between 2014 and 2020, the current pump may not be a good replacement!
