This aluminum neck assembly is perfect for fabricating your own oil tank. The neck is also suitable for clamping into a molded spigot on a fuel cell bladder. An O-ring inside the threaded cap ensures a leak-free seal.

The neck measures 50mm (1.97") OD x 80mm (3.15") long without the cap. The cap measures 60mm (2 3/8") OD, with scallops machined out for easy gripping. An additional 19mm (3/4") clearance must be available above the top of the neck to remove the cap. Coarse M50 x 2.0 metric threads allow quick on/off without cross-threading. Constructed of 6061 alloy.
