This 1" hex-type center slug is designed to accept our Economy Aluminum Hex-Type Quick-Release Steering Wheel Hub (Part No. 3414-001, sold separately). It is solid (undrilled) so you can bore it out to match your steering shaft OD and weld it in place. The OD of the "neck" portion of the slug is 0.975". If your steering shaft is larger than 7/8" OD, you will need to add a sleeve over both parts.
