Tilton OT-2 3-Plate Clutch Cover Only, Double Gray Spring

This is a replacement clutch cover only for a Tilton OT-II Triple-Plate Clutch with "Double Gray" Spring. It does not include the pressure plate, floater plates, clutch discs, or bolts, but it does include the hardened wear buttons for the cover posts.

The Double Gray spring is a very high-strength spring, recommended for cars producing up to 1140 lb-ft of torque in 3-disc clutches. The Double Gray spring requires at least 760 pounds of pressure to release.* A Hydraulic Release Bearing is required with this clutch.

* Assuming a 44mm diameter release bearing. Larger-diameter bearings will require even more force.
