The 99SQ Series hook wrenches from Beta Tools have a square nose designed specifically to engage the notches in UNI/ISO 2982 and 2983 ring nuts. The jaw is articulated to fit a wide range of sizes. These spanner-type wrenches have a chrome-plated, rough textured finish that hides scratches for a lifetime of good looks. The Beta series number and size are molded into the side of the handle for quick identification. A hole at the end of the handle can be used to hang the wrench from a hook or a lanyard.
This wrench fits 15mm through 35mm size ring nuts. Measures 168mm long overall (L) x 5.1mm thick (S). The nose is 2.7mm deep (B). Weighs 88g. This is the smallest 99SQ Series wrench available. Sold individually.
Note: The 99SQ Series wrenches are not recommended for use as a spring perch wrench on coil-over shocks. The notches in UNI/ISO ring nuts have parallel walls. Spring perches typically have notches with walls at a more open angle, which requires a longer nose to prevent the wrench from slipping.
