Pin punches are designed to drive a pin from a round hole. The shank is straight, with a consistent diameter to avoid enlarging the hole.

The 31 series pin punches from Beta Tools feature a medium-length shank for strength. The hex-shaped handle portion is easy to grip and resists rolling away when you put it down.

This steel punch has an 8mm diameter straight shank measuring 80mm long with a flat end. 200mm overall length (a 17mm long taper transitions from the 8mm shank to the 12mm hex grip).
