Beta Tools sparkproof wrenches are constructed of a special copper-beryllium (Cu-Be) alloy for safe use in potenially explosive environments. Beta Tools Cu-Be tools are certified non-sparking under European Directive 99/92/EC. They are also perfectly antimagnetic and corrosion-resistant.

The 42BA/AS Series Sparkproof Combination Wrenches have one open end (15° angle) and one offset 12-point box end. Both ends of this wrench fit fasteners with a 7/8" hex. Measures 9 1/4" long overall. Sold individually.

Note: Copper-beryllium tools are not safe for use in contact with acetylene. Acetylene can react with the copper to form copper acetylide, a powerful and very dangerous explosive.
