If you have to tighten the same size fastener(s) repeatedly in a production-type setting, you can eliminate some torque error and slop by switching to a torque bar with a dedicated solid head. This torque bar head from Beta Tools fits all Beta torque bars with a 16mm diameter drive (608 or 668 series, sold separately).
The 642 Series open-end (crowfoot) heads are perfect for torquing fasteners where socket access is a problem (including jam nuts). This size fits any square or hex head fastener measuring 10mm across the flats. The head measures 57mm long overall (L) and 32mm long from the tip of the torque bar (LA). Jaws measure 26mm wide (A). Sold individually.
