The 1052 Series self-locking pliers from Beta Tools have concave serrated jaws for traction on hard-to-grip objects. A knurled thubscrew on one handle adjusts the jaw opening, and a lever on the other handle releases the jaws when squeezed. The jaws and handles have a chrome-plated finish. The adjuster and release lever both have a tough black oxide finish.
This size measures 140mm long overall (L), with 6mm wide jaws (S). Maximum jaw opening 22mm (A1). Maximum height when closed 48mm (A). Weighs 175g. (L = 5 1/2", S = 1/4", A1 = 7/8", A = 1.9", weight = 6.2 oz.) This is the smallest 1052 Series pliers available. Sold individually.
