This special oversized tap from Beta Tools is designed for rescuing automotive oil pans with damaged M14 drain plug threads. The M15 tap removes the stripped 14x1.5mm threads and cuts new M15x1.5 threads in a single operation. Finish by replacing the M14 plug with the oversized Beta Tools 1495T/M15 Oversized Drain Plug and Washer Kit (Part No. BT-014950515, set of 6 plugs and 6 washers sold separately). Sold individually.
