The 1718A6 files from Beta Tools are designed to remove material quickly, with minimal clogging. The double-cut style has diagonal ridges cut in two directions, leaving diamond-shaped teeth. The "second cut" has finer teeth than the "bastard cut" and coarser teeth than a "smooth" file. The cutting surface of each file is nominally 6" long.

Handles are available separately.

This S5 set includes one Flat (P), one Square (Q), one Triangular (T), one Half-round (M), and one Round (R) file.
