The C59 Series "Endurance" workbenches from Beta Tools are designed for professional shops and garages. Each one combines a sturdy workbench with a legendary Beta tool storage unit for maximum utility.
The C59B features a full-size workbench measuring 2 meters (6 feet 7 inches) long, with two built-in 6-drawer tool storage units. Each storage unit is constructed just like the Beta Tools C24S/6-G Roller Tool Cabinet, except without the wheels and molded worktop. The full-size drawers measure 23 1/8" wide x 14 1/2" deep and can accept any of the Beta Tools molded trays or foam cut-out trays (sold separately). The top four drawers on each side are 2 3/4" high, the next drawer is 5 1/2" high, and the bottom drawer is 11 7/16" deep. The drawers all roll on ball-bearing slides for a 55 pound weight capacity (the bottom drawer has 2 sets of slides and can hold 77 pounds). All 6 drawers on each side lock with a single key lock for security (each bank of drawers locks independently of the other). Like the C24 cabinet, the C59B can accommodate the 2400S-R/PC-G Paper Towel Roll Holder and 2400S/PF Bottle Shelf (each sold separately).
The formed steel frame and 1 1/2" thick laminated wood top allow the C59B to hold a total of more than 1.5 tons, despite weighing just 342 pounds. The worktop is pre-drilled to accept a Beta 1599F/125 vise (sold separately). The workbench frame has a 6 foot wide x 20 inch deep footprint, and the worktop measures 6 feet 7 inches long x 2 feet 3 inches deep. Each cabinet portion occupies 2 feet 5 inches of the footprint width. A 15 inch long metal shelf (11 1/2" high, non-adjustable) spans between the to cabinets. The top of the workbench is a comfortable 3 foot working height, perfect for use while standing or sitting on a high stool.
